Add garlic and 1 tbsp. crushed fresh ginger ginger and cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add pork and cook until 450 g minced pork no pink remains.1 Tbsp. sesame oil 2. Push pork to the side and add 1/2 onion, thinly sliced sesame oil. Add onion, carrot, and 110 g grated carrot cabbage.
