Residency Fair Modernization
The committee is also revisiting the concept of a 
virtual residency fair. While previous formats were 
successful during the COVID era, current discussions 
are focused on redesigning the experience to 
better meet the needs of students and residency 
programs. Committee leaders are working 
with members to evaluate new formats and 
opportunities for improved engagement and value.

The Education Committee's current work spans 
Scientific Assembly planning, student and 
resident engagement initiatives, educational 
programming, communications, and member 
outreach. Committee leadership continues 
to welcome ideas, feedback, and volunteers 
interested in helping shape the future of 
emergency medicine education in Pennsylvania.
